Founded with the goal of making diagnostic devices easy to use and economical for health care providers, Arcxis was incorporated in November 2004 based on intellectual property developed by the founders. Since inception, the company has supported its technology development with private venture funds and cohesive collaboration with leading industry and academic organizations.
The company holds more than eight (8) critical patents and licenses four (4) external patents instrumental to providing singularly effective solutions for today’s molecular sample preparation, detection and workflow challenges.
Federal grants from the Department of Homeland Security and the National Institute of General Medical Sciences further support our efforts to accelerate research and development toward expeditious product availability.
