How ARCXIS helped Colina Homes reduce warranty calls, improve initial acceptance rate, and maximize homebuyer satisfaction

Founded in 2007 by Ken Williams, Colina Homes believes that building your dream home doesn't have to be unattainable - or unaffordable. This belief has formed the foundation of their building philosophy, allowing them to stand out among Houston's elite home builders as an affordable, yet premium choice. Colina has been partnering with ARCXIS for over 10 years, initially focusing on Energy and Engineering services. More recently, as part of their mission to close 100% of homes completed and move-in ready, they enlisted ARCXIS to provide Final QA services.

The ARCXIS team observe and verify quality at nearly 500 points of inspection, both interior and exterior, on every single Colina home. They look at the home through the eyes of a potential new homeowner, standing at every sink, opening every cabinet, testing window latches, looking at millwork finishes, paint, etc. Catching flaws early on helps save Colina build time, improve overall quality, and optimize initial home buyer acceptance rate.

Homebuyer satisfaction is Colina's number one priority; they recognize that for most of their buyers, a home is the largest investment they will ever make. Colina is committed to ensuring they receive their "dream home" at an affordable price and with a stress-free buying experience. Handing their buyers the keys to a high-quality move-in ready home at completion is a key part of that commitment.

Clayton Morris, ARCXIS' Central Region President, says, "ARCXIS and Colina are aligned in our focus on Quality. Having QA inspections performed by a 3rd party gives Colina and their buyers' peace of mind that they are building the very best homes possible."

"Since we started using ARCXIS for QA we have seen an increase in our buyer satisfaction scores, an increase in initial buyer acceptance rate, and a reduction in warranty calls. Happier customers means more referrals, so it's a win for everyone involved."
