ARCXIS Surveying Services
Arcxis is now providing residential surveys for home builders in TX and OK, as well as for subdividing large acreage parcels.
We use the latest technology and specialized skills to turn initial requests into finished deliverables in less than one week. Keeping builders on schedule is our goal.
Plot Plans
An architecture and engineering map which shows the size and configuration of the property. Plot plans indicate the desired physical changes and what currently exists on the property. Location of the building, porches, decks, sheds, and landscaping features are some of the information that is included in the plot plan.
Tree Survey
Performed on private or public landscapes. Our goal is to provide beneficial information on the trees so that property managers or homeowners can make informed decisions.
Topography Survey
Our team will take elevation shots to show the height of the ground. This helps irrigation/drainage systems to make water flow around the house and not pool next to the slab.
Stake Out Survey
The process of interpreting a plot plan and marking the location of proposed new structures such as roads or buildings. The survey specifies the location of designed improvements by driving wooden stakes in the ground.
Form Survey
Our team will verify that the form for the foundation — prior to pour — is not encroaching into any building lines or easements.
Final Survey
A boundary survey with all improvements to the property shown on the plan. The survey is executed after construction on the site is completed. The final survey reflects the visible improvements made during the construction process.
Protected Area Survey
Defined as a geographical space that is dedicated and managed through legal or other means to achieve the long-term conservation of nature with associated ecosystem services and cultural values. A comprehensive survey can provide a critical source of data and insights into these areas.
Lot Matrix
We will help builders maximize profit by showing which plans offered in a development fit on the premium lots (oftentimes, irregularly shaped).
Elevation Certificates
Survey that ascertains the height of the first floor, frequently required for flood insurance purposes.
Our skilled surveying and engineering team will be glad to help you anytime with general or technical questions. This service is not available in all Arcxis markets, please reach out to your local representative here for more information.
