ARCXIS services the needs of California builders, with expertise in Title 24 codes and regulations. We offer a wide range of energy inspections, engineering, energy modeling, utilities and tax incentive rebate assistance, and other builder services. We are a certified CalCERTS HERS Rater and CHEERs Rater. Our team is located in both northern and southern California, and works hand in hand to partner with our Builder clients from planning through final quality assurance.
In California, via our subsidiary iPermit, we also offer energy inspections for existing homes to bring newly-replaced HVAC systems up to the same energy efficiency standards as new construction homes and buildings.
