Structural Framing & Enclosure:
Subfloors, ceiling joists, structural support beams, structural sheathing, drainage planes, insulation to maintain strength, and weather protection.
Energy & Sustainability:
ERI/HERS rating, IECC/ICC codes ENERGY STAR, DOE, ENH, WaterSense, Indoor airPLUS, EFL, Green certifications, Indoor airPLUS, WaterSense, and EFL compliance to meet energy efficiency HVAC Grading compliance, utility program requirements, and environmental goals.
Forensic Building Science/ Comfort Inspection:
This is an inspection that covers a job that is already complete and has a potential comfort problem experiencing building science problems. We send a forensic expert or a team of forensic experts out to the asses the problem and complete an ARCXIS Forensic report informing the builder of the exact items that need to be corrected to fix the building.
Final Quality Assurance:
Stucco, drywall, flatwork, thermal imaging, drone inspections, advanced testing, Bank Draw inspections, and forensic structural inspections.
