The ARCXIS team provides everything from engineering services, energy rating, energy modeling and feature optimization, to guidance on ambient lighting and outdoor space design. With the Seneca project, ARCXIS was able to make recommendations through energy modeling, HVAC design, and solar features that improved the overall energy efficiency of the homes by over 50% bringing them even closer to their goal of achieving net zero.
